• Cancellations and refunds.

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. All cancellations must be made in writing, so always send us a mail. We may charge a cancellation fee, depending on the circumstances. We will let you know about the exact cancellation policy & fees before you complete your booking. You can view the cancellation policy for your specific booking on your booking confirmation mail.

For most bookings, you can cancel up to 72 hours before your travel date for a full refund. However, some bookings, such as train & bus ticket, and hotels/homestays have stricter cancellation policies.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that all refunds are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Trains & Buses : All cancellations are subject to the railway & bus company’s cancellation
    policy. Please note that all railway, bus companies charge a cancellation fee.
  • Hotels/Homestays : All cancellations are subject to the hotel/homestay’s cancellation policy. Please note
    that most hotels/homestays charge a cancellation fee, especially for late cancellations.
  • Trek/Tour/Car and other activities : All cancellations are subject to the activity provider’s cancellation
    policy. Please note that most activity providers charge a cancellation fee, especially for late cancellations.

• Processing time.

Once you have cancelled your booking, we will process your refund as soon as possible. However, please note
that it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on banks and holidays.

• Exceptions.

We may make exceptions to our refund policy in certain cases, such as if you are unable to travel due to illness
or a family emergency. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific situation.

• Additional information.

o All refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original booking.
o We are not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations.
o If you have used a credit card to pay for your booking, your refund will be credited to the same credit
card.
o If you have used a debit card/UPI Id/ or QR Code to pay for your booking, your refund will be credited to
your bank account.
